Engineers love to see failures!  This year I want to see engineering failures shared from mines across the world.  One item I not sure about is what media to use .. This Blog or a community forum?  If you have a preference please comment.

QSK60 Piston

This can start it off with a common failure I saw in 2009.  Cummins QSK60 Engines in Komatsu 830E trucks.  Dropped valves led to some extensive damage.
